A Crucian native currently based in New Orleans, LA, with experience in exhibit design, branding, motion graphics, and printmaking (and the occasional web design, if you ask nice enough).
At the heart of this journey, her interests lie in creating memorable, interactive experiences. In 2018 her group proposal, Retoure a la Terre, was selected by the St. Landry Creative Placemaking Task Force (led by the NUNU Arts and Culture Collective) to utilize defunct cement culverts to create a public art monument in Arnaudville, LA. While the installation did not get off the ground due to a lack of funding, the project continued to inspire her career efforts.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Loyola University New Orleans in 2020 and an MBA in Data Analytics from Ohio University in 2022. During these years she created logos, brand guidelines, and websites for private businesses, motion graphics and content for social media, and spearheaded marketing efforts for a sustainable vodka distillery.
In 2023, she earned a certificate in Exhibition Design from the NODE Center for Curatorial Studies and now works as an exhibit graphic designer at the National Museum of World War II. She is immersed in day-to-day exhibit maintenance and development, gaining hands-on experience with exhibit design, branding, and fabrication.
When she’s not wandering around the museum, you can catch her riding her bike through the city, laying out in the sun, or jotting down ideas in her notebook. Her ultimate goal? To create work that's beautiful and above all, human.
